Headhunting and job offers are in demand especially for #HobbyAlumni. To save time, we are posting the following guidelines below for Employers/Companies. We welcome fellow alumni to headhunt from the pool of alumni directory also.

How to headhunt from Hobby Alumni?

Companies - If you would like to hire Hobby Alumni, please, send your “Job Vacancy” poster to our Facebook Page “Hobby School Alumni Association”. We will forward your poster in our secret group. No fees required. No middle man. We only ask that you disclose your salary on the Job vacancy, so that we can save time on both sides.

Hobby Alumni - Make sure you join the “HobbyAlumni.com” secret Facebook group, which is exclusive to our #HobbyAlumni. Job vacancies in Mongolia and/or abroad are open to #HobbyAlumni. Feel free to headhunt within the group and post “Job Vacancies” posters. Make sure to disclose salary clearly.

How to volunteer and join the Hobby Alumni team?

Our organisation is 100% run by volunteers (excluding the paid staff - accountant). We welcome all volunteers, so please contact any of the current Board members or Founders, or send a message to our Facebook page. We are an actual registered NGO, hence, you can put our organisation on your CV and LinkedIn.
